Our lawful basis is your consent, which you give by ticking the box on the form, together with our legitimate interest in responding to a business enquiry you have initiated. Who processes it

We use Omnisend as our email platform to store the enquiry and to send the confirmation email. Your data is processed under appropriate data protection safeguards. We do not sell your data, and we do not share it other than as needed to respond to you.

Cookies and analytics

We use Google Analytics, provided by Google LLC, to understand which pages of our website are most useful. Google acts as our data processor for this purpose. No analytics cookies are set unless you accept them via the cookie banner shown on your first visit, and you can withdraw consent at any time by clearing your browser data for this site, after which the banner will ask again. Analytics data is aggregated and does not identify you personally.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry data only for as long as needed to deal with your enquiry and our ongoing relationship, after which it is deleted. Where we hold compliance records for clients, separate retention rules apply and are explained when you engage us.

Your rights

Under UK and EU data protection law you have the right to access the personal data we hold about you, to have it corrected or erased, to restrict or object to its processing, to data portability, and to withdraw consent.
